Automated guided vehicles are used in the automotive industry, particularly in production, for example, to transport materials. The transport vehicles require constant maintenance and must be quickly repaired in the event of a fault to ensure smooth production.
Up to now, our customers have used Excel for error logging and error documentation. Especially in multi-shift operation, this method is error-prone and time-consuming. Together, we have replaced Excel with an online application that partially automates the exact documentation requirements. Several employees can now perform the recording simultaneously.
In this way, any errors that occur are available to all employees in production in real time and can be viewed directly during shift handover, ensuring that the internal and floor-based conveyor systems can be repaired quickly.
